1. Genuine factory.
Every one know that the price directly come from factory is better .So we don’t like to deal with trading company or broker. As these two take their-own commission .If you work with them ,Profits are coming down.
But many manufacturing industries in China are some kinds of assemble business ..So you need to look out some suppliers rent a place to pretend a Genuine suppliers..I already got some clients told me that they had visited some solar and machine factories in Guangzhou .Oh ..God…….. Are these genuine factories…..?? Guangzhou is a tertiary industry city.!
2. Low producing Cost …
Many clients told me some factory giving the prices are not good.. Ask me how to bargain with them..What I said It is no need to do that …Whatever you do .You won’t get better price As their producing cost is
high.They can’t lost money to do business with you .. So that’s why I said some factory suppliers on alibaba can’t give you good price..As the cost of promoting business in
alibaba.com is very high .At least need to spend 27 000$ one year(Alibaba member Fee 5000$-10 000$/Years ,English workers salary 17 000$ for two,Still not including other promotion fee) .But if you have 27 000$/
year.You can run a small factory well in

Low producing cost supplier must come from
1. Come from professional manufacturing base:Supporting of facilities 、 industry、 labor、 Tax favorable 、material sourcing .
Etc.If you have learned some economic studies…You shall understand all of these can bring a factory low manufacturing cost
2. Can’t be a big factory…If you stay in China a long time for business ..You could find out that small factory’s price are more better..This is also regarding the operating costs.
3.Should be a stingy suppler. If some suppliers treat you with a big enthusiasm. Treating you like a God：Free dinner、 Free car services、 Free hotel、Even Free girlfriend…Etc. . You must look out how big profits they have made on you as they are doing you
relationship.For sourcing, You need to do relationship to supplier. But You can’t let supplier do you relationship ..Or you will be obedient to supplier like a Baa Baa sheep on business! When we do sourcing ,we must keep our mind clear.
4.Cheap supplier…. The “cheap”I said…It is not meaning the quality”Cheap”…Also regarding labor cost、factory facility cost 、 Every cost about manufacturing….Only the”cheap suppliers “can have the lowest producing
cost.give you the bottom prices.“Cheap supplier”almost same as small factory. What it is different is “Cheap supplier”is not a factory in a sense..Their producing cost is too low .But one problem,you need to help them handle the quality . This need some relationship and Most important is inspection.

3 . Good quality
“Good quality” is not that means supplier thumb up and spout out “Good !!Good!!!Very good!!”..Good quality depend on good materials and good manufacturing processing skills.Pricing depend on material cost and producing cost.
If you want source good products,First important thing you need to have abundant knowledge of
products.Then You can avoid to be cheated by some
suppliers.As many suppliers love to use some bad materials to get more profits during the producing progress
.But unfortunately 90% clients just care about the prices..So that’s why china quality is not good .But it is not China can’t make good quality
products.Just many clients require the price too low .China suppliers have to reduce the quality to meet their client’s target
price.But we can’t blame our client’s unwise behaviour,,As too much competitive in their
country.Every one want to purchase at a better price to be survival .
